Product Description

Sales Management: This module enables the function which includes sales inquiries, sales quotations, sales orders, delivery notes, sales invoices, and sales returns. The customer will inevitably have a better experience and purchase the product or services with an effective sales management process.

Purchase Management: The procurement process can be effectively handled on the TrueBays cloud platform, allowing for efficient management of the acquisition of necessary goods and services from suppliers and vendors. This makes it easier to procure the material from the right vendor at a minimum price at the right time.

Inventory Management: It is a unified solution that will help in tracking inventory from manufacturers to warehouses and from these support to a point of sale. It enables one to access Physical stock verification, stock transfer, and receive proper warning of stock shortages.

Finance management: It is built to ensure the access to financial aspects of business accurately and avoid any blunders that may cost the company and will permit you to devise, share, extract, organize, and control the data at any time at your convenience.

HRMS: It integrates modules like attendance, leave management, salary disbursement, payroll, and other benefits to manage the entire employee life cycle. It includes specialized functions like visa handling, migration, etc which will result in improved productivity, better turnover, and overall security and privacy.
